Booking agency

Hi guys,

Fabian from UNDERGROUNDBOOKINGS (and Kiras Guardian and Countdown) decided to start working with bands more intense.
He asked us to be on his bandroster, and wants to become our official booker.

Now, how does it work:
-We get an offer (thru myspace, email,...)
-We tell the guy to contact fabian and he does all the rest:Checks with everyone in the band if we can play, He's going to work with contracts and riders, so that everything will be clear from the start.
-Fabian contacts us, tells us where the show is, who's playing, when we have to play, how much we get, ....

Also he's going to come to shows more often with us: do the merch, promote he's bands with flyers and stuff...
He's planning to do a samplercd as well , when he's got enough bands etcetera (but that's just music for the future you know !)


Now, my question is if you guys are okay with this? This means giving something out of hand, but he's a realy good friend and i trust him in every way. Also, it will be good for the band, we get to focus more in the music and stuff. And it's really really really good promo!!!!!!!

I think this is very good, we need something like this, it's good promo and it also looks more professional !
We can get to a higher level with one ethic, I think we're ready for it and this is a step in the good direction.

I trust fabian, but we have a fixed price for shows (125 euro's it is yes ? ) so fabian needs to know this +
try to manage that we can get this price almost all the time (he can use kunststukjes for this aswell)

In general: I like it !

So if I get it right, every offer for shows has to pass true Fabian from now on yes ?

And are we going to ask for EVERY show 125 euro from now on aswell or are there exceptions ??

+ maybe we should replace No More by Undergroundrecords on myspace aswell ? Because No more isn't really doing anything for us anymore ?

We'll have to adjust the myspace that all the bookings go thru fabian!!

But, people can still ask us for show. If they're friends, we can arrange them ourselves, but otherwise we just tell them to get in touch with our agency....

I contacted enter the arena management just to hear if they are interested and if they could help us out.
